Kerboodle is Nelson Thornes’ market leading online teaching, learning and assessment service for teachers and students from KS3 to A level. Working alongside the Online Services Director, Sue Lyons was engaged to create the marketing strategy to support the launch of a new online curriculum content service.
Sue developed a comprehensive strategy, working as part of the Online Services team, gaining trust and respect from all internal stakeholders across the business.
Following presentation to the Board, Sue gained approval for the strategy and was asked to develop the Marketing Communications Plan. She worked closely with the team to develop the communications strategy for the online services brand, including developing unique propositions for each of the identified target audiences and a comprehensive programme of marketing activity.
