Following the development of a new service offering, Point2Protect was ready to launch to the UK Schools market, but needed support to create the marketing strategy.
Due to Lyons’ extensive experience in this sector (gained over 20 years of marketing to the commercial side of education) we were asked to develop a Strategic Marketing Plan and communications strategy.
Following analysis of market trends and first-hand research into the needs of the different target groups, Sue presented a detailed Strategic Plan with realistic aims and recommendations. The plan addressed the difficulties of communicating to UK schools, with practical solutions; detailed highly targeted customer group segmentation; and included specific messaging, to reflect the different target groups’ needs.
This Strategic Plan was the basis for the Marketing Communications Plan, developed by Lyons and implemented by the internal team.
